Seller Financing

For these reasons, we offer Seller Financing for you to acquire your dream property. No prepayment penalties. No Banks or unnecessary delays.

The purchase price is the same no matter if its a cash or a financed sale. Simply select the option you would like. If the financing options shown don’t work with your budget, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.

If you choose to take advantage of the Seller Financing, you will sign a Mortgage which will be recorded with the county that your property is located in, along with your Deed. You make your monthly mortgage payments to us (we do not sell your mortgage), and can pay via check, cash, money order, debit or credit card, online or over the phone. Once the property is paid in full, we will record a Satisfaction of Mortgage releasing the Mortgage from the property. We try to keep our buyers informed and the process as simple as possible.
