Refund policy

All sales of land and mobile homes are final. Due to the legal and contractual nature of real estate transactions, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a sale has been completed.

Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, including but not limited to: title searches, inspections, surveys, zoning verification, and confirming access to utilities and roadways prior to purchasing.

Please ensure that you are fully committed to purchasing or placing a hold on the property before proceeding with payment. Full refunds are only issued, in rare circumstances, if the property becomes unavailable prior to the full execution of all required documents. Otherwise, any requests for a refund before full execution of the required documents are subject to a $350 relisting fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Once all documents have been signed, notarized, and fully executed by both parties, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
