Vacant Land Purchases (Paid in Full Online - Cash Sale)
When you purchase vacant land in full via our online platform:

A digital copy of the notarized deed will be emailed to you within 72 business hours of purchase.

The original deed will be submitted to the County Clerk's Office for official recording.

Once the deed is recorded, you will be able to access a copy of the recorded deed directly from the county’s website, typically within a few business days depending on the county's processing times.
Mobile Home Purchases (Paid in Full Online - Cash Sale)
When you purchase a mobile home in full via our online platform:

The original title will be mailed to the address you provide at checkout.

A digital copy of the title will be emailed to you for your records.
Rentals or Seller-Financed Properties
For properties acquired through a rental agreement or seller financing:

No deed or title will be issued until the full purchase amount has been paid in full.

Once the final payment is made and the terms of the agreement are satisfied, the property will be transferred into the borrower's name, and appropriate documentation (deed or title) will be provided.
